I believe that people are compelled to create beautiful things. Through my quirky yet classic designs, I aim to empower people to explore their own artistic impulses.
I design both knitting and crochet patterns. My crochet patterns tend to be simple designs with interesting construction: I love using short rows and crochet through the back loop! My knitting designs feature slip stitches and interesting techniques.

My designs are most often quirky, classic and thoughtful. I love to take a technique, motif or idea I’ve just discovered, then twist and push it until it becomes a design.
I’m particularly interested in designing knit or crochet sweaters, cardigans or tops. In crochet I also love to work on shawls that feature modular construction, broomstick lace, and hairpin lace. In knitting, I love making socks with interesting stitch patterns, unique construction, or nature inspired designs.
My style tends to be whimsical, natural, feminine, sexy and classic. I like to let lovely yarns do as much of the talking as my stitch patterns and construction.
